People Talk A Lot (P T A) How To Deal With Rumor Peddlers.

People Talk A Lot (P T A) How To Deal With Rumor Peddlers.
People Talk A Lot (P T A) How To Deal With Rumor Peddlers.
Rumor Peddlers - Talking is part of what we humans do. “What differentiates us from animals is the fact that we can listen to other people’s dreams, fears, joys, sorrows, desires and defeats—and they in turn can listen to ours, but people who talk too much or spread rumors about others don’t seem to get this balance.

I like to hear people talk about me negatively or positively, but the fact is that some people thinks they really know who you are and will turn out they don't know a damn thing about you. I have seen cases where people hate me because of my policies and talk about it to others in a bitter way though it hurts sometimes but i always try to wave them out.

What i use to do is that i tried as much as possible not to take them personal , while this can be difficult to do because some rumors can be very hurtful, just remember that people spread rumors for a reason. Most people who are kind and care about others won't spread malicious rumors to harm someone. Those who spread rumors usually do so because they feel jealousy or envy towards you, or they are upset with their current state in life and want to add some drama to it to make it more interesting.

Stay above these rumors and don't encourage them by taking them personally and getting really upset. Some people spread rumors just to get a rise out of someone else. When rumors start to spread about you, act like nothing has happened and that you aren't affected by these lies. This can also help show people that the rumor isn't true, because you think it's so ridiculous that you don't even see a need to be upset about it.
A friend of mine in school wants me to do something for him but i feel very uncomfortable about what he asked me to do, so i declined. I was at ease to decline because what he wants me to do he can do it by his self though he was lazy, so because of this i became an enemy of his that was not the end i hear him talking behind my back even lying about what i did not do. I hurts and at the same time fun.

I know some people live life in bitterness but will backbiting or spreading untrue stories about other people  make them feel better? rumors aren't usually a sign that you have done something wrong. They usually communicate that the people spreading them are struggling with insecurities or boredom, so don't take it personally.
Conclusively- The funniest part of this is that, those people you listen to while they talk bad and untrue things about other people are the same people that will talk about you too. So the best part has been Understand that it may take time for the rumor to fade. Unfortunately, even if you have addressed the rumor, not all rumors fade quickly or immediately. Some people will believe you or will become uninterested while others may take some sort of twisted joy in hurting your reputation and will continue to discuss the rumor or the events surrounding it. Don't let these things bother you, but keep your head held high.
I always tell people that i don't really give a fuck about what these kind of people say about me, because people talk a lot (PTA). So middle finger to those sort of people. LOL.

Guest Post: The Complete Guide To Courtship For Women

Almost every single lady wants to settle down one day and have a family. But before that there is some things you need to know before you marry and that leads us to the topic for today what every woman should know before courtship.

What is Courtship

The Macmillan dictionary defines courtship as a period of time when a man and woman have a romantic relationship with each other before marriage.
courtship can also be defined as when a brother and sister has reached an agreement that God is Leading them into marriage.
You must remember that not all courtship Leads to marriage.
One of the reasons why marriage fail is because of the mistakes people make in courtship.

The difference between courtship and dating

There is a huge difference between courtship and dating so don’t get confused and they are as follows;
  • -Dating is arrangement to meet as part of a sexual or romantic relationship.
  • -Courtship is when a man and woman get to know each other before marriage
  • -Dating hardly leads to marriage
  • -Courtship can lead to marriage
  • – dating involve sexual intercourse
  • -Courtship hardly ever involves sexual intercourse ever
  • -Christians don’t date
  • – courtship is between two people who are ready for marriage.
Before courtship begins the man must have proposed and you as the lady accepted and your parents and family members know about it and then you both become officially engaged. so don’t say you are in courtship without any marriage proposal.
what you should be doing before courtship;
  • -KNOW GOD: you can think about settling down without having GOD in mind because God is the one who will bring the right man to you.
  • – SERVE GOD: your service in the house of God is like storing money in the bank for rainy days as you wait for your man to locate you keep busy in the house of God because it pays.
  • -GET TO KNOW YOU: it is quite funny when you see a lot of young ladies who are preparing themselves for marriage without getting to know themselves, as a young lady you can’t think of settling down if you don’t know yourself and what you’re capable of ,so before starting the courtship make sure you know your weaknesses and your strengths this will help you in the long run.
  • -PREPARE YOURSELF: as you wait for your partner keep busy and prepare yourself for marriage it is never too early to start attending relationship seminars.
Don’t think about marriage all the time do something for yourself why don’t you start to achieve those goals as you wait for your partner. don’t just wait, do something
Please note that you can’t be locked up in your room and wear horrible clothes and expect to get a marriage proposal,go out: to places you know you will meet responsible men.
Ask him to give you time to pray and seek God’s face make sure you introduce him to your parents and pastors.
  • Don’t say yes to the first guy who seeks your hand in marriage because the right one may be the last one so be careful. when many men are asking for your hand in marriage all at the same time you need to pray so as to make the right decision don’t for any reason whatsoever feel reluctant and decide to choose who you want to marry by yourself let God, your parents and your pastor help you in your decision REMEMBER THAT MARRIAGE IS A LIFE TIME THING.
NOTE that courtship should last 6 months or 2 years no more no less.
        what to do during courtship;
  • – talk about your future together
  • – make God the center of your relationship
  • – be open to your partner it is better he knows now than later
  • – discuss your God-given ministry together
  • – concentrate on your partner don’t turn into a female player
  • – associate with married pelople so you can learn
  • – get a mentor immediately
  • – always pray to God about your future with him
  • – don’t hide your behavior show him everything so that he doesn’t get surprised honesty is the best policy if he doesn’t find out now he will find out later
           Don’t s of courtship;
  • -Don’t have S*x
  • -don’t spend the night at his place
  • don’t cook for him
  • -don’t clean or wash his clothes because he will be expecting all that when you become husband and wife
  • – don’t be in the dark about his past present and future it will save you a lot of stress in the long run
  • – don’t stay in a courtship with more than one person
  • – don’t wear sexy clothes to his house or anywhere around him
  • – don’t force your will on him
  •  don’t nag him
  • – don’t move in with him
  • -don’t try to change him if you don’t like what you see break up and move on
  • -don’t enter into courtship with someone you are way older than unless you want to become a miserable baby sitter.
  • -As a Christian don’t ever enter into courtship with an unbeliever
  • -don’t stay with a violent man love or no love

I hope the above has helped you I will love to know you thoughts

Dating Ebira Girl V.S Dating A Yoruba Girl. My 7 Observations.

Before you start freaking out, I want to warn you that this post is obviously a generalization. Having lived in Ekiti State for almost 15 years and Osun state for 5years and in Ebiraland well you know that's my home I Mixed with them avery where I go just like MTN lols, I feel quite comfortable comparing the two.
This article might come in handy if you're dating a girl with a Yoruba or Ebira background or if you're just curious about different cultures.

What I like about Nigeria is – it combines so many ethnic groups with so many cultures so know-how in a subtle. way that just works.

There are, however, certain differences that I noticed, especially in the dating world.

Yoruba Girl : She Is beautiful at least she tried her best.

Ebira Girl : Just three words for all Ebira Girls #Pot_Of_Beauty.

2.Geting Her Number.

Yoruba Girl: you will work hard just to get her phone number. Right away, she wants to have an idea of how hard you are going to work to get her attention. "He who begins well is halfway done".

Ebira Girl: Giving you her phone number. means she is considering going out with you. It doesn't take long to get — after all, it's her number, not a wedding ring.

3. Flirting.

Yoruba Girl: A Yoruba girl can be very flirtatious and open about the way she feels about you. If she likes you, she can totally say something like, "I really like you, you're a lot of fun."

Ebira Girl: An Ebira girl prefers to be mysterious and not talk about the way she feels about you. You will have to solve her like a Math or Puzzle.

4. Drinking.

Yoruba Girl: She wouldn't mind a few bottles of beers that can potentially turn into tequila shots and sake bombs. A Yoruba girl knows how to have fun. Getting tipsy at a date makes everything so much more exciting.

Ebira Girl: She will most probably stick to wine few bottles of Origin and keep it under control. If you were planning on getting her drunk, you might want to reconsider your plan because it won't work.

5. Leaving Friends For You.

Yoruba Girl: Can take time away from her friend to talk to you on a night out. She might even ditch her friend for half the night, depending how interested in you she is.

Ebira Girl : Would never leave her friend alone. Therefore, either have a friend so you all pair up, or you need an odd number: 1, she is by herself; or 3, so she can spend some time with you because she leaves two friends together.

6. Ditching.

Yoruba Girl: Would beg and beg you not to ditch her and if she tried her best to no avail she may put a cause on you or leave you to God.

Ebira Girl: Will probably beg you for some. time if she. Tried too to no avail please leave that neighborhood or don't ever date any girl around for if she didn't kill you!!!believe me your girlfriend is dead.

7. In Bed.

Yoruba Girl: is more likely to be the best in bed. Yoruba. Girl can kill an average man who doesn't know how to hold in Bed.

Ebira Girl: Tried too but are likely to faint when the Guy is too much lols.

So. You like this observation or you want to make corrections and ask questions at the same time please drop your comment bellow and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

9 Qualties That Accurately Describe Ebira Women Not “Violent”

On one particular Saturday I went to the to my school (Fed. Poly. Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State) in the afternoon and i was relaxing in cafeteria, i actually met some group of students discussing the topic Qualities of Tribal Girls in Nigeria. I was interested so i listened due to its what i do (Blogging)

“One Fella there was my cource mate he new I'm EbiraBoy so he raised the subject can you date EbiraGirls?.

When I heard that question, my stomach immediately tightened. Even though I haven't heard any of the them talk’ perception of Ebira women, I already knew (in my gut) what they were going to say.

By the time a guy said no and gave his reason, “Violent,” I was in the coat section and in a bad mood.

“Why?,” I asked myself, “is the accurate word that come to mind when describing Ebira women?”

Intellectually, I knew the answer: The intersection of race, class, and gender for Ebira women in this country has meant having to reconcile a legacy of slavery and the creation of dehumanizing tropes and stereotypes like the violent people, created by some majority groups in Nigeria to systemically control our reproduction, destroy our families, and distort to ourselves and our men. And the truth is that Ebira women had to be many things, one of making peace, the best point. I also understand that this is why we as a culture value this attribute at the expense of so many others.

But there is far more to being a Ebira woman than being violent, Ebira women are strong and independent. So, shortly after leaving the cafeteria, I created my own survey and asked approximately 20 Ebira ladies to describe themselves. While I was disappointed to see that some Ebira women, too, are saying that they are elent no one can furck with, had internalized many of the same stereotypes that have been paraded as truth, it was refreshing to see that many Ebira women understood the complexity of their human experience and were able to articulate that complexity by choosing words that more fully and accurately encompasses what it means to be a Ebira woman.

Here are seven of the ways Ebira women surveyed see themselves that, thankfully, have nothing to do with being violent:
Ebira women are the s–t. And they have been since the beginning of time. Ebira women have fought hard to be accepted in society, past and present. Ebira women are trendsetters and revolutionaries.

1. Fashionable: Some of us love to look good and smell good.We love to be on the cutting edge of fashion trends. Others are always watching how we put colors together and how we tend to our hair.

2. Spiritual: Ebira women describe themselves as women of faith whether they identify as Christian, Muslim, or “not religious, but spiritual.” Ebira women strongly believe that they are connected to a higher being and that there is someone out there larger than themselves.

3. Family-oriented: Ebira women are often the ones to remember the birthdays, send the Christmas cards, and plan the family reunions. Family fuels a lot of Ebira women’s happiness and sense of belonging.

4. Funny: Ebira women love to laugh and make their friends and families laugh. We push back against that ABW (violent Ebira women).

5. Happy: Similar to the concept of Ebira women being funny, we’re also happy people with healthy emotional dispositions and worldviews. This happiness also comes from our ability to be grateful.

6. Sexy and Sensual: Ebira women embrace their sexuality and femininity. We feel desirable; they see the beauty of their skin tone, their features, their bodies, their natural smells, and their hair.

7. Intelligent: Ebira women see themselves as cognitively well endowed. We believe that Ebira women are able to juggle the matrix of life because of their ability to think quickly and creatively.

8. Hardworking: Ebira women can be any home breadwinner copied that as my mum top quality, mama took care of the family for more than a year when things were hard for papa. till date mama still got that quality.\

9. Very Supportive:  Similar to the concept of Ebira women being hardworking despite the fact that things were hard none of our neighbors knew what was going on in the family.

What adjectives would you use to describe black women beside “violent”? please drop your comments below and take your time to share with your friends::

6 Relationship Things You Should NEVER Post About on Social Media.

Dating is fun, and it’s natural to want to show your relationship to the world via social media. However, just like everything else in this world, too much of a good thing is no longer a good thing. In recent years, social media has become the premiere place to display your relationship status, and we have the perfect etiquette guide for posting while you’re dating someone.

1. Fights

Just the other day, I was going through my Instagram stories, and I came across one that displayed a girl with tears streaming down her face, the caption “he broke my heart” and a zoomed-in broken heart emoji placed on her chest. Even worse is when you’re scrolling through your Twitter timeline and see the details of a couple’s fight. “That's something that should be handled between the people involved, in person. Not online for the whole world to see,” says Alexandra, a senior at SUNY Buffalo State. “It causes the relationship to lose that privacy aspect. You never know who will see those tweets.” Sometimes your SO is just irritating you, and you don’t want to confront them for fear of conflict. Josh, a sophomore at Messiah College, says, "You shouldn't post vague subtweets complaining about something the other person did. It only serves to create tension and uncover the cracks beginning to form in the relationship." The best thing to do when you’re fighting with your SO? Turn off your phone, close your laptop and take a breather. Rationalize before you say anything to anyone, especially your SO. Your followers will thank you.

2. Racy make out pictures

We don’t want to feel like we need to take a shower and clean ourselves after we look at your Instagram photo. Physical intimacy is important in every relationship, but the definition of intimacy, “very private; closely personal,” means that it should be shared between only you and your SO. Olivia, a sophomore at Temple University, says, “If the photo is you and your SO sharing a sweet kiss in front of some beautiful scenery, I’ll shed a tear and ‘like’ it. But if it’s a grainy photo and you’re obviously making out, I’m grossed out. It’s all in your intentions. Making out is a private thing; your kissing habits should be left inside the relationship.” After all, how awkward is it trying to take a make out selfie? And what if the flash goes off? Busted.

3. Posting about everything your SO does for you

Doing nice things for your SO is a requirement in a relationship, meaning that it’s not necessary to post whenever bae brings you flowers when you’re feeling sick and tells you that you’re gorgeous no matter what. Yes, it’s a sweet gesture, but sorry to burst your bubble, it’s nothing special. Posting #wcw and #mcm pictures every once in awhile is nice; it shows that your SO cares enough about you to show you off to the world. However, this quickly turns sour when every Monday or Wednesday you’re posting selfies of them with emoji-saturated captions. Natalie, a freshman at Montgomery County Community College, says, “I think it's alright to post once in awhile about your SO, but if you're constantly needing validation from social media or need everyone to know about the special things done in a relationship, they aren't as special. You don't have to brag to everyone all the time.” It’s more authentic if you show your SO that you appreciate them without letting everyone else feel like they're a part of the relationship, too.

4. Pictures with another girl/guy

Unless you have things settled with your SO that posting pictures with another girl/guy is okay, avoid it. A group photo with a bunch of friends? Go for it. But posting pictures, especially on Instagram, has become a method of flirtation. You don’t want to send the wrong message to the other person in the photo, nor do you want to upset your SO. Kylie, a sophomore at La Salle University, warns against this, especially at parties. “People should absolutely avoid posting pictures when under the influence,” she says. “There’s almost always a group of people that are at these parties and will try and sit on everybody’s lap for pictures.” If you are going to post a picture with another girl/guy, Jacqui, a sophomore at Temple University, advises, “Be careful how you pose with someone of the opposite gender [if you’re straight]. It can cross a line if you're doing ‘the couples pose’ with your guy best friend and people mistake that for you dating someone else.” Better to be safe than sorry, so we advise keeping those photos offline.

5. Love letters as captions

Whenever Valentine’s Day rolls around, you can expect a truckload of couple posts (and Single Awareness Day posts), complete with heart emojis and sappy captions. While most of these are admittedly pretty cute, there are always a few sickeningly sweet photos with romance novels for captions. “Avoid writing an incredibly long paragraph in the caption about your love; that should be kept more private,” says Jacqui. “Just write snippets of inspirational things about your relationship, but leave the 18-page theses to handwritten letters, not Instagram.” If you write entire love letters to your SO on social media, your relationship becomes a lot less special. While validation in the form of likes and comments feels good, the reaction when you hand your SO a sappy, cheesy, adorable handwritten letter is way better.

6. Confidential/personal information

If your SO shares a secret with you, like something about his or her past that’s deeply personal, don’t tell your Facebook friends and Twitter followers. "Don’t post nudes. Or secrets. Or confidential information about the other person, ever," says Jake, a sophomore at Messiah College. Posting personal information is not only an invasion of privacy, but it can also be dangerous. Almost anything and anyone is searchable on the internet nowadays, so think wisely about what’s appropriate. The same goes for photos. I’ve heard horror stories about people who send nudes, break up with their SO a few months later, and then those nudes get leaked everywhere. So be incredibly cautious when sending sensitive photos, and if you’re on the receiving end, just don’t show them to the world. It’s that simple. A good rule of thumb is if you wouldn’t show or tell your grandma about it, don’t post it.
It’s important to be proud and public about your relationship when you’re in love, but it’s also smart to be aware of what you’re posting on social media. Don’t let this guide be the final say in what you do and don’t post on social media. As long as you and your SO have your online etiquette figured out, go for it. Just be considerate of your followers and think twice before posting a steamy make out picture.

Ebira Girls And Hausa Girls - What its Really Like To Date Them (Comparison).

As a young, single Ebira guy crossing the river Niger and Benue (Kogi State) for Schooling In the Northern Part of Nigeria, I was extremely curious about the dating life in the North (as a blogger though. Lols). After all, I'd watched my fellow guys charmed the hell out of Beautiful girls in Bars, Super Markets and in club in Ekiti where I live before relocating to Kogi State and later to Zaria.
Ebira Girls And Hausa Girls - By, Binoosmart.

I have compared dating Ebira Girls and Dating Yoruba girls In one of my previous articles you can check it out by clicking here.

It was early this year (2017) when I first landed in Kaduna State as a young- Ebira Boy, with warnings about Hausa girls: they're high maintenance, my friends told me. I tried to brush this off—preconceptions are always dangerous when entering any sort of relationship. Still, when I met my first girlfriend in Ahmadu Bello University, Hausa girl from Kano State, I was immediately taken aback by an over arching obsession with status and money. She had a vision of the man she was going to marry: tall, dark, handsome, and a millionaire. After all, as she put it, "Bloggers don't make a lot of money." I wasn't the guy that could spoon feed her, and I'm not tall and so handsome for now, so it ended.

But surely not all Hausa Girls thought all Guys had an endless supply of money? They weren't all obsessed with fame, Looks and fortune, were they? Was Hausa culture really as shallow as my friends had warned?
I dated another Hausa Girl again this Girl! really awesome she is my course mate. Sadly, when we were suddenly thrust into a long distance relationship for like 3months, the reality set in that it was putting too much stress on our education. So with a heavy heart, it was the end of a fairytale love affair.
Since then, I have been comparing my time spent with this Hausa girls to those time I spend with my several Ebira Girlfriends, and if there's one thing I can tell you, it's that the stereotype of Ebira Girls being more well-mannered is actually true. Hausa girls—in my experience—carry themselves elegantly; sometimes so much.
Recently, I went on two dates in Zaria (Mr. Biggs in Samaru) within the space of a week, one with Ebira Girl, the other with a Hausa Girl. The Hausa eerily reminded me of myself—she ate quickly, washed her food down with juice, and generally wasn't too concerned about how she might look to the outside world, let alone me. The Ebira Girl, with seemingly impeccable etiquette, ate slowly and cautiously, ensuring the chicken she was munching on didn't wrap around her big, pearly white teeth.
On the contrary, Hausa girls have no too much of shame picking piece of meat out of their teeth on a date. It just took me a while to realize that this might have nothing to do with etiquette at all, but rather, it might be because Ebira women are more anxious than Hausa women. They worry more about their appearance, political correctness and how others perceive them. There is more emphasis on "keeping up appearances," especially In Ahmadu Bello University where I have been Schooling for the past five months now.
Similarly, Hausa girls are much more lavish in their approach to life; and this includes the restaurants they expect to be taken to. Money and salary is brought up frequently, and name dropping is prevalent in a good portion of conversations, I think this is obvious because status is paramount in the north. Ebira girls, meanwhile, do not spend the same amount of money on themselves as Hausa girls, nor do they expect you to spend a lot on them.
Again Ebira Girls speak more of becoming independent while Hausa Girls believe Guys will be the person to provide for the family alone-an average Hausa man will agree to this.
In terms of sex to some of my Ebira Girlfriends sex is not too much of a big deal but to some it is and to Hausa Girls, they believe its only in Marriage, though it depends if the girl is religious. One of my course mate (Victoria) once told me that the most disappointing thing about relationship these days is; Guys thinking everything about dating has to do with sex, well to this objection I will not argue and will not agree at the same time, because such relationships depends on the primary Objective the relationship is placed upon (Marriage or just for the fun of it). When you are not ready for marriage! Why should you date in the first place.
The biggest lesson I've learned, is that we Ebira Men have set the bar so low, taking our women for granted. I'm astounded by the Ebira men I have seen, who shamelessly approach women with no respect, like drooling dogs. Hausa women expect a man with top notch etiquette—an almost forgotten trait here. If I could teach Ebira women one thing, it would be to raise their expectations.
As I approach my birthday, one thing has become clear: if I could combine the best quality of Ebira and Hausa Girls, In just one Girl she might just be the one I will date and get Married to.
I think I should drop my pen at this junction.

3 Psychological Ways To Talk To Girls, To Make Them Fall In Love With You - Binoosmart

Today, here and right now, I'm going to expose some secrets to you. This article might appear long, but don't worry…I have added headlines through-out, to make it easy for you to scan through (Though I will advise you go through every word here slowly).

Let me make you a promise before you start reading; if you are a guy and have always wondered why girls you really really like never seem to like you back then this would be the most important blog-post you will ever come across this whole year. If you want to completely eliminate the "hard to get" attitude you get from women then come with me. If this article didn't work for you, then my brother those women are still following you from village.

Now, in this post, I will show you 3 psychological tricks that you can use to communicate with girls and get them to like you.

These 3 ways of talking to girls that i am about to pour on your laps always work like magic, every single time. With just these three ways of talking to girls you can get them to become addicted to you, always come around you and basically love to be around you like crazy. Turn it up just a bit, use it on your dream girl and you will have her sending you love texts like her life depends on it Go through these strategies then ask any girl around you weather they work and my guess is that they would give you a resounding yes.

Before i go into the strategies let me quickly tell you why these strategies work. Now come with me.

Here is the thing;

- One; girls always get guys coming around them -every single time. Walk through a girl's Facebook inbox and you will be marveled at the tons of unread messages in it. In real life, same thing happens - they get approached by guys all the time. An average girl gets approached by at least two guys every week or two guys everyday if she is pretty (And that is 4 guys every week) This attention gets to a girl's head, she starts feeling like a prize and when that happens – "shakara" steps in.

- Two; Girls are bombarded by loads and loads of boring guys every day. it can be tiring, trust me - what they do is to filter away the boring guys and focus on the more interesting ones.

If girls don't like talking to you long in real life and on social media then it means you are not communicating with them in these three ways I'm about to reveal.

If girls always give you "k" and "lol" on social media, it is not because they are rude - it is because you are plain boring (that is the painful truth). But here is the good news, you can change how you communicate with girls and become a more attractive guy by using this 3 strategies Here they are –

1. Teasing
2. Sarcasm
3. Bedroom talk

Let's take them one by one…

1. Teasing:

Some guys can be a big nightmare to girls. What girls hate like crazy is a guy who keeps asking tons and tons of questions when they discuss with them. Questions like: "how was your day", "have you eaten", "hope your day was good", "hope you are fine" All in one chat/conversation. This is boring, it bores the hell out of girls.

You have to be more interesting than that if you want that girl to find you interesting. You have to flirt with her using the teasing strategy.

How does this work?

Simple - teasing basically means to make fun of a girl in a playful way. Let me give you practical examples - Instead of coming to a girls Facebook Picture and commenting with "Beautiful Picture" (which is boring - every guy does it), You could flip this around and comment instead with - "Comot here joor, you are too sexxxy for my liking, i can't date someone like you."

To a guy, a talk like this is silly (i know) but to a girl it works like magic. (Try it right now, go on Facebook and try it out under a girl's picture and watch her reaction).

More examples - You could call up a girl and instead of asking her "did you think of me?" (which is as boring as hell and makes her feel like you are begging to be thought of), the best way to start the conversation is to playfully say - "I know you've been thinking about me all day so i am here to free your mind" *smile* "how are you".

The reason why this works on girls is that it:

- Makes you different from other guys who are boring
- Makes you appear confident.
- Makes you more attractive because by making fun of her you give her the impression that you are not trying to impress her like other guys do (and nothing is as attractive to girls as a guy who doesn't try to impress them like a puppy)

Now note; It doesn't matter what you say but how you say it. Someone can say the above things and it will seem like he is arrogant while another person would say the exact same thing and it would work like a magnetic magic on a girl.

So the right way to tease a girl is to always to make fun of her with a smile. it doesn't mean saying nasty things to her; the right way to tease is to always make it seem like you are playing around with your little sister.

This is another powerful way to communicate with girls that will make her find you interesting. But before i go into this strategy proper, let me first tell you why it works. Every single minute a girl gets attention from dozens upon dozens of guys struggling real hard just to impress her.

During a girl's teenage years, she finds this interesting and she might even fall in love with you if you show her enough interest than other guys. But as she grows older she gets used to it and it starts to bore her. A teenage girl might fall for sweet talk but a grown girl won't - as a matter of fact she has heard it all. Two; girls are never attracted to guys who always try to impress them - they prefer free guys who they cannot control.

If you join dozens of other guys who are saying the same sweet things and acting in the same sweet way then how do you intend to stand out?

That is where "Sarcasm" comes in...it makes you stand out, It gives a girl the impression that you are not like the next guy who will only say what she wants to hear just to please her, it shows her that you are in control, it shows her that you are DIFFERENT - and girls find that attractive.

So how do you apply sarcasm in real life?

Again i will give you real life examples - let me use Facebook again; Take for instance a girl puts up a new profile picture you could inbox her and say - "Thank God for that profile picture, no guy will look at it two times and that means there is no way they will take you from me - keep uploading those kinda ugly picture"

If she gets angry don't apologizes (assuming she is the dull type that doesn't understand a joke - a smart girl will understand a joke when she hears it).

Also, for instance; if a girl says hi to you on social media you could reply with: 'You want to snatch me from my girlfriend abi, alright, if i must cheat on her for you then i need 2 sons from you"
You get the gist?; mixing a little sarcasm with a little humor is the key. It makes you appear like you have options, but when you run around trying to impress a girl like your life depends on it it gives her this impression that you don't have much choices (that could turn a girl off big time). Girls love guys who have self worth and not ones who jump up whenever they (the girls) says jump.

Alright, now we are here - the final strategy. I will have to carefully go through this one so we all can get it.

First, let's look at why this strategy works.

The thing is this; if a girl sees you as just a friend then that is what you will remain - no matter what. Girls RARELY date guys they have friend zoned. This is exactly why after telling a girl who is a close friend of yours that you love her, she will either start avoiding you or she will start becoming uncomfortable around you - she would RARELY agree that she feels the same way (because she doesn't).

If you want a girl to see you as a boyfriend material then you have to start from the onset to give her boyfriend signals, not by telling her how you feel about her (This will only make her lose interest in you), the best way to make a girl see you as someone she might date in the future is to use BEDROOM TALK on her from the very beginning. When you talk to her in this way she would

One; Not categorize you as just a friend.
Two; She would begin to feel some level of sexual attraction to you. when this happens then she would start seeing you as someone she can date i will explain what i mean, Stay with me Bedroom talk is the art of talking to a girl in ways that trigger her sexual buttons or her sexual imaginations. I don't mean sex-chatting (That would be gross).

Let me give you some real life example: For instance; assuming you are having some discussion with a girl and she says something you don't agree with, you could say something like: "see eh, if you say something like that again I will bite your lips for you" (In her head, this registers as a sexual tease and it triggers her imagination a bit - if you say it with the right voice tone it would be electric) Sure enough, if she doesn't already like you she might not imagine much of the sexual meaning of what you've just said, but when you keep giving her loads and loads of bedroom talks in the right way, it will start to have effect on her.

More examples: You could hug a girl and while she is still holding you, you could say something like: "help, she is molesting me. where is my mummy" (I know, it sounds silly but it works - girls are tender creatures, tender things work on them) Also you could be walking with a girl then you can turn and go like; "hey, stop checking out my hips joor, i'm not even up to 18 and you are looking at me that way" (Try this and watch her laugh her head off, hit you and then say: "go joor") Or you could say something like this after calling her up at night; "sleep tight, don't dream of me - i get girls pregnant in dreams". (This one also works just fine) You get the gist?; you mix a little teasing and then charge it up with sexual fire. Girls are very imaginative creatures; they are more affected by what they hear than what they see.

BUT NOTE - Doing this the wrong way could backfire and make you look like a pervert - So be Smart like Binoosmart.

An Open Letter To My Future Ebira Wife
Dear Future Wife,
I don't know if you are going to read this before we will meet, or you are reading it now, or let me say you are going to read it after we are married.
I will tell you a secret now, i just burnt my hand when i was trying to remove pot from the gas cooker. It really hurts and i don't know how long the pain lasted, but all i know is that if you were here the pain would have disappear quickly, the reason is that I'm sure with your magic touch any pain in my body will disappear.
I promise to do my best to make you beam daily, so count on many surprises. Your smile will be my priority. I get weak knees when anybody smiles, so just imagine the effort I will make to be the source of yours.
I promise I will always look at you with the same adoration as I did the moment I realized I loved you.
I promise to try to ignite the same sparkle in your eyes I see when you're surprised, inspired, motivated or when you are about to lean in to kiss me.
I promise to hold your hand when we're 80 years old with the same liveliness that I did when I crossed that line to hold yours for the first time. I vow never to let the excitement of dating me die down; I will surprise you with the location, the reason or the activity itself.
I promise to keep you guessing where we're going next.  I promise to do my best always to interest you. I will keep reinventing myself, gaining new hobbies, new knowledge and new interests to keep you — and myself — entertained.
I promise to have new stories to share with you, and maybe I'll retell the best ones again if you insist. Our friendship will continue to grow over the years.
I vow to challenge you to challenge yourself for the better; to make you think differently. I promise to try to feed off of your illuminating energy that will inspire me to do the same with myself. I will do my best to ensure that being bored never crosses your mind.
An Open Letter To My Future Ebira Wife
We will look at the beauty of the sky together. Ebiraland.com.ng.
Even in grief and darkness, I promise to show you the different shades of the dark, and to help you find the tiny rays of light that are always there if you seek them. After all, there's always worse than worst and better than best; everything is relative.
I promise to kiss you throughout our life together, with the same passion I had the first time I felt my lips on yours. When we kiss, I want it to slow down time — just you and me engulfed in our feelings.
I promise to play the games you like to play.
I promise to help you to be healthy, both physically and mentally. I will cook and clean for us. Expect the best breakfast: traditional Armenian tomato and pepper omelets, followed by fruit salad with… well, I can't give all the secrets out.
I promise to strive to be a role model for our children. I want both you and them to see me as a source of motivation. I want to inspire them in the same way that my father inspires me.
I promise to do my best to love your family as you love them and to be by their side as much as I am by yours.
I promise to always listen to you when you simply just want to be heard; when you want someone to vent to about something or when you want advice.
I will listen to you especially when you don't feel comfortable sharing your thoughts with anybody else, and to the things you try to tell me when you're not even speaking. I promise to always listen.
During our life together, I promise to make sure that you feel as though you are the center of the household — I know you will be — and I will always try to show my appreciation for you because of that. Being the man of the house is nothing without a woman.

MWC 2017: Samsung unveils two new tablets but no phone

Samsung tablet

Samsung has, for the first time since 2013, opted not to unveil a flagship Galaxy S smartphone at the Mobile World Congress tech show.
Instead, it showed off two new tablet computers and a virtual reality headset that comes with a remote control.
However, a new smartphone was briefly teased at the end of the company's presentation at the Barcelona event.
Samsung said the new device would be unveiled on 29 March in New York.
"Not having [the successor to the S7] there will be a particular boon to Huawei," noted tech analyst Tim Coulling at Canalys, referring to Samsung's Chinese rival.
"But it's known something is coming out, so the Samsung fans will probably be willing to wait."
The hiatus follows trouble for the South Korean tech giant after its Galaxy Note 7 phone had to recalled twice, the second time permanently.
Faulty batteries in the devices led some to catch fire.

Greenpeace protest

Campaign group Greenpeace made an unexpected appearance at the presentation. A protestor took to the stage with a banner saying "reduce, reuse, recycle" - apparently referring to the millions of Note 7 handsets that had to be withdrawn.
More protestors rolled out another banner on the side of the building where the press conference was taking place.

Of the new tablets, the Galaxy Tab S3 is the smaller of the two and comes with a 9.7in (24.6cm) screen. It is targeted at consumers who want to prioritise gaming and video playback.
The larger Galaxy Book comes in two sizes: 10.6in and 12in. Samsung said it was suited to "on-the-go professionals". It comes with a snap-on keyboard and S-Pen stylus.
The S3 runs Android 7.0 Nougat while the Book's operating system is Windows 10.
"Like most of its competitors, Samsung has seen its tablet sales erode in recent years, as larger smartphones have pushed into tablet territory," noted Rhoda Alexander at analysts IHS Technology.
But she added that the organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays and powerful specifications of the new tablets should help differentiate the products from competitors.

Virtual gear

Samsung also launched a Gear VR headset and remote control.
As with previous generations, the headset is a tie-up with Facebook's Oculus division.
The remote is designed for one-handed control. It features a touchpad that lets users select options within virtual reality apps, and motion sensors to detect hand movements.
In the past, owners had to use controls built into the headset or buy a third-party gamepad. That compared unfavourably with Google's rival Daydream View headset, which featured a motion-sensing controller of its own.
The new Gear VR is compatible with the recent Galaxy S and Note handsets.

How To Start Rearing Goats In Nigeria.

 Related image
Goats can be reared in the pasteurland, but rearing them in cages has more advantages such as:
1. Cage-reared goats are less exposed to parasites.
2. They are better fed, and so the mother goat gives more milk.
3. Less field space is necessary for growing fodder and grass. For every six (6) females and one male goat, one-fourth (1/4) hectare of land would be enough.
4. The caged goats are easier tended and controlled.
However, more capital is necessary, and needs a worker to gather fodder to feed the goats and clean the cages. As preparation for the pasteur, plant such grasses and plants that the goats will need, like paragrass, napier, madre de cacao (kakawate), alibangbang and ipil-ipil. Apply as fertilizer for these plants the dried goat manure so as to make them flourish.

1. Wooden house, bamboo floor, with roof and open sides.
2. The floor is about 1.5 meters high from the ground so as to facilitate cleaning the manure.
3. At the sides of the house, provide food and drinking water.
4. Provide space outside to allow roaming around.
5. The nursing mothers and the weaning kids should have a separate house. One side must have a divider to separate the small ones from the mother at night.
6. Six (6) male goats are housed together.

1. The aforementioned plants are feed for goats.
2. Don’t give too much for each meal, of fresh forage.
3. Goats don’t like dirty grass or acidic (spoiled) food.
4. They like variety of grasses for each meal.

1. When the goats are about 6-8 months old, select good breeder and milker females and aggressive males.
2. A female goat may be mated at age 10-12 months. A male goat is ready to mate at age12 months. At the start, let him mate only a few, but as it grows older, the male goat can mate as many as 25 at age one and a half years.
3. A female goat’s fertile period lasts 2-3 days. The signs are:
– it begins to bleat (me-e-eh) and wags its tail.
– it urinates often.
– the genital is inflamed and secretes mucous
– the goat rides on other goats.
4. Mating should be once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and repeat next morning to be sure that there was fertilization.
5. Then separate the mated females. These will be pregnant in three (3) weeks if they won’t manifest flirting.

Parturition (Delivery)

1. The goat’s gestation period is 145-155 days. Thus, the day of mating should be recorded.
2. When the time of delivery is near, the mother goat bleats (cries me-e-eh), discharges mucous from the genital, is cranky and scratches her bed.
3. At delivery, her mucous discharge is yellowish.
4. When the kid is coming out of its mother, help the delivery by pulling out the kid, but make sure that the hands of the helper are clean. Apply alcohol on the hands to avoid infection. Normally, the head comes out first. The kids are often two, rarely three.
5. Wipe the nose of the newly born kid to enable it to breathe freely.
6. Apply iodine at the end of the umbilical cord, and put a knot or tie it.
7. When the kids are four (4) days old, remove the newly growing horns to keep them from hurting one another. Only a veterinarian or one with experience should undertake this.
8. Others are: putting of mark on the ear one week after birth; cut off the nails once a month, and castration from one to four months old.

1. Milk the mother goat five (5) days after delivery. Continue milking up to 3-5 months until the kids are weaned, or 60 days before another delivery.
2. Milk the goat in the early morning before the kids suck.
3. If the mother goat has abundant milk, she can be milked again toward afternoon.
4. Give the mother goat 200 to 300 gm concentrate daily to increase her milk.

If the goat is raised to milk, do not totally wean the kid from the mother when this is 3-5 days old. Separate the kid from the mother at night.
If milk production is only secondary, separate the kid totally when this is 3 months old. Make sure the kids are fed and given water while they are separated from the mother. In this way, the kids will quickly learn to eat and drink even while still young.
1. Allow the goats to exercise themselves 3-4 hours outside their cage.
2. Give them regular vaccination against disease.
3. Separate the sick and call for a veterinarian.
The common sicknesses of the goat are pneumonia and parasites.

Usually affects the goat with the onset and toward the end of the rainy season. Don’t allow them to be exposed to rain or draft. Signs of pneumonia are difficult and fast breathing.
Give the goat liquamycin, Tylan 200 or Combiotic injection.
Give the goat tetrazole or thixbenzole every six months.

8 Things Investors Need to Do Before Investing in Real Estate.

The great thing about real estate is that even in a bad economy, it will usually fare better than stocks. Land, after all, is a finite resource. And you know People need a place to live, work, shop and play -- so real estate is really just a matter of supply and demand.

What's more, real estate will continue to appreciate despite occasional slow-downs in the Nigeria economy. In fact, it's proven to be the best way to create wealth, and an investor need not be a genius or a millionaire to succeed. Here are some tips, then, for entrepreneurs on getting started and succeeding in real estate investing:

1. Do -- plan your financial goals.

Before you buy that first property, or do your first analysis, determine what you expect from your investments. What are your financial goals?  We often discuss the “time vs. money” concept: The more you have of one, the less you need of the other to reach your financial goals. This means that you shouldn’t shy away from taking the time to understand your goals and make sure each investment is a step toward achieving them.

If you are unsure exactly how to create financial goals, meeting with a financial advisor is an excellent first step.

2. Don't -- spend a fortune on books, tapes and seminars, then just put all that information on a shelf.

You absolutely do need to learn some basics before venturing into investing. So, be sure to do some studying, but don’t let “buying and collecting” information become your end game. Again, having goals in mind will make the process much more straightforward.
It’s easy to get so tied up in the “research” phase that you never actually take action.
Instead, write down specific questions you want answered or goals you want to meet before delving into the latest book/seminar/etc.

3. Do -- look at plenty of properties.

Don’t just grab the first property you look at. Too many investors buy properties because they “look nice,” or the investors don’t want to put the work in to look at what’s really out there. Remember, you won’t be living there, so don’t make your investment decision based on your personal preferences.

While you shouldn’t fall into the trap of analysis paralysis, make sure you are thorough in looking through properties. Give yourself a wide range of options, then narrow them down based on the criteria (goals) you have set for yourself. Lagos State Nigeria is the best place to look at lots of Properties and how they operate.

4. Don't -- postpone starting your investment program because you’re waiting for that perfect deal.

That’s the flip side to number 3, of course. Plenty of beginning investors suffer from “a better deal may be just around the corner”

syndrome. This can backfire in a big way, and you could potentially let a great deal slip just because you’re holding out for something better.

Your task may feel difficult if this is your first property, but you must realize that the “perfect deal” rarely (if ever) exists. Better to execute on a deal that meets most of your criteria than wait for another that may never come.

5. Do -- a thorough financial analysis.

Be realistic. Look at different alternatives to determine which makes the most financial sense. And never buy property at a higher price or on less attractive terms than your analysis says made sense. Be wary of sellers that try to over-estimate the value of the property through pro-forma (estimated) data. While you can certainly use a pro-forma to start the conversation, make sure you know the real numbers before closing. Look at previous years’ tax returns, property-tax bills, maintenance records, etc.

To get a good idea of the real income and expenses.

The most important figures you should know are:

*Net income (income/expenses)

*Cash flow (net income/debt financing payments)

*Return on investment (cash flow/investment)

*Cap rate (net income/property price)

*Cash-on-cash return (cash flow/investment) *Total ROI (total return/investment)

In each case, “investment” refers to how much you invest in the property. "Debt financing" refers to any loans you may have to take out to buy the property. And "total return" refers to cash flow, equity accrual (i.e., equity gained from your tenants paying their rents), appreciation and taxes.

Once you have understood these figures, you should have enough information to determine whether or not acquiring the property fits with your financial goals.

6. Don't -- try to buy property that the seller is not motivated to sell.

If the seller is motivated to sell, you’re not likely to get the price best aligned with your financial goals. So, how do you know if a seller is motivated? Look at the asking price. For example, If the property has been on the market for a year for, say, N25,000,000 with little-to-no price reduction, the seller is clearly not very motivated to move the

property. However, if that same property has been on the market for a year and has had its price moved down considerably, the seller most likely wants to do whatever it takes to get the property off his or her hands.

Of course, this raises the question of how to find motivated sellers. There are many approaches, and not all of these will work for you, depending on what property you want.

But a few trusted methods include:
Attending open houses Looking for vacant/unattractive properties that are for sale Spreading the word about yourself and what properties you are looking for -- truly Going the old-fashioned route and looking in the classifieds of your local paper.

These are just a few ways to find sellers, but there are potentially dozens of other methods, depending on what type of property you’re looking for.

7. Do -- know the difference between real estate investing and the business of real estate.

As an Investor, you already have a business, and real estate investing is best used to support that business, not replace it -- unless that’s your intention. In other words, don’t get so caught up in executing transactions that your core business falters.

If that happens, you’ll be facing a bumpy road to get back to stability. Unless your

business is itself real estate, or you’re looking to get into the business full-time, always remember that pursuing these deals is a means to an end, not an end unto itself.

So, if you’re interested in staying ahead of taxes and inflation while building security for the future, real estate investing may be for you.

8. Always Be Careful Not To be Scammed.

In Nigeria, most especially in real estate (Lands and Housing) the scams are just too much. So you have to be extremely careful. Real Estate: How To Understand Land Sizes In Nigeria When You Need one.

There are many Nigerians who are eager to own landed properties yet have no idea of the real estate terms involved in the acquisition of land, especially in Lagos state. Some even purchase land without actual knowledge of the meaning of this real estate terms. This article deals with the various measurements adopted in determining land sizes in Nigeria.

Before you purchase land, you must fully understand the system of land measurement or land sizes in Nigeria as it varies for different countries. It will be foolhardy for prospective buyers who are looking at building a new house or buying land not to be acquainted with few of the figures associated with the measurement of land.

If you know the size of a standard plot in Nigeria, then maybe you are not one of the many who are ignorant of the figures when it comes to measurement of land in the country.

Although, it’s probably no one’s fault that most people are not conversant with the measurement of land, considering the fact that land is sometimes measured in feet, metres, and hectares. These measurements are affected by factors which include but not limited to, economic investment and development patterns, human and environmental factors which could lead to mass migration and artificial scarcity of lands suitable for development.

It becomes paramount to know these things because buying and selling of land is a very lucrative business venture that draws the fancy of many Nigerians.

The commonly used definition of plot goes thus; A plot is a marked out piece of Land for the purpose of building or farming. The word ‘plot’ is an arbitrary term used to describe a land division carved out for property development.

Plot sizes can differ for a multiple of reasons, but according to Nigeria’s land divisions, the appropriate plot for a house construction is 100 x 50ft which can accommodate a standard house with a small compound.

However in Lagos state, a plot of land is 120 x 60ft. To better understand land divisions used in Nigeria, different units of area are used as follows:

The hectare is an SI accepted metric system unit of area equal to 100 ares (10,000 m2)  i.e 100m x 100m or 328ft x 328ft. It is primarily used in the measurement of land as a metric replacement for the imperial acre. An acre is about 0.405 hectare and one hectare contains about 2.47 acres. A Hectare consist of 15 plots.

Did you know that during the Middle Ages, an acre was defined as the amount of land ploughable in one day by one man and an ox? Not very specific, then – especially if your ox is feeling particularly lethargic. Thankfully, these days the acre unit is more clearly defined.

An Acre is a standard unit of measurement used by Land sellers and it is almost equivalent to the size of a standard football field. An Acre is a product of any rectangular plot of land giving a total of 4,046 square metres, 43,560 square feet, 4840 square yards or 0.404686 hectares. An Acre consist of 6 plots each measuring 6 x 120ft/18.3 x 36.6m – 669.8sqm. Invariably, this means there are 6 plots of land measuring 669.8sqm in an acre.

Others conversions are;

50 x 100ft  / 15.2 x 30.5m – 463.6sqm (which means there are 8.7 plots of land measuring 463.6sqm in an acre)

100 x 100ft  / 30.5 x 30.5m 930.25sqm (which means there are 4.3 plots of land measuring 930.25sqm in an acre)

Now that the various measurements for land have been brought to your notice, do you think you still have an excuse why you shouldn’t understand land sizes in Nigeria?
